National Museum of Iraq and Zipang at the British Museum

To celebrate the completion of the Digitisation Training Project, a reception was held in the Tablet Room at the British Museum.

At the reception, Samah Alerwah retold the story of Dumuzi's Dream in Arabic. The audience included representatives from the Iraqi Embassy and the deputy director of the British Museum.

In the photo, Samah holds her certificate of achievement from the Digitisation Training Project. Behind her are some of the drawers in which tablets from the Library of King Ashurbanipal are stored.
